The Role
Drive and park customer vehicles between auctions, dealerships, and designated lots. Inspect vehicles for safe operation, follow traffic laws and auction procedures, meet schedules, and represent the company professionally. Drivers use mobile navigation applications, communicate with clients, and maintain organized trip records. This is a part-time independent contractor position working Thursdays from 1:30 PM to 3:30 PM, with potential for additional hours.

- Independent Contractor position (1099)
- Earn $16/hr driving without using your own vehicle
- Thursdays, 1:30PM – 3:30PM (more hours as we grow)
- Direct deposit paid weekly
- Nationwide certification to drive in any DOD market – currently in 40 major US metros
Key Responsibilities
- Safely drive and park vehicles of varying makes, models, and sizes (including cars, trucks, and SUVs)
- Move vehicles to and from auction lanes, dealer lots, and designated parking areas as directed
- Follow auction staff instructions and maintain efficiency to meet auction schedules
- Inspect vehicles before driving to ensure they are safe to operate (e.g., check for flat tires, dead battery)
- Adhere to all traffic laws, auction safety policies, and procedures while operating vehicles
- Maintain professionalism and represent the auction facility and contracting company with integrity
Skills Knowledge and Expertise
- Must be tech savvy (navigate while using an app)
- 5+ years of consistent and clean driving history
- Valid in-state driver’s license
- Excellent navigation skills and proficiency in using navigation applications
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients
- Time management and organizational skills to keep track of trips and stay on schedule
