The Role

We’re looking for a curious, analytical, and creative Ad Monetization Analyst to help us boost game performance through smart monetization strategies. As part of our team, you’ll optimize ad auctions, automate reporting processes, and generate insights that directly impact player experience and business outcomes.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Optimize ad auction;

- Monitor and analyze monetization KPIs to ensure strategy effectiveness and stability of our games;

- Conduct A/B testing and provide recommendations based on data-driven insights;

- Report monetization results to product teams, providing insights to boost LTV;

- Monitor industry trends and benchmarks to establish monetization best practices;

- Develop automated reports using API integrations;

- Automate processes using JavaScript and Python for improved efficiency.

REQUIREMENTS

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Engineering;

- Experience in any research area based on data (finance, gaming,consumer products and others);

- Proficient in English at an advanced level;

- Experience creating analysis tools in Excel or Google Sheets;

- Skilled in JavaScript, Python, and SQL;

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to draw data-driven business insights;

- Detail-oriented.
