The Mechatronics, Mirrors and Lighting group specializes in automotive technologies that are driving the future of mobility. Combining a deep systems knowledge to develop unique vehicle access experiences, intelligent visions systems and advanced automotive lighting technologies, MML's expertise light the path to innovation, safety and styling.
Job Responsibilities:
Your Responsibilities • Responsible for the Molding area (engineering, production, quality, tooling and maintenance);• Responsible for meeting orders regarding deadline, volume, and quality, so that the customer requirements are met;• The planning of the production, taking into account an optimum utilization of systems and staff; • Responsible for errors and effective action plans for solutions;• Responsibility for department KPIs - OEE (availability, performance, quality/IPPM), EPPM, scrap costs, spare parts consumption, spare parts costs;• Responsible for equipment capacity calculation;• Responsibility for machines specifications and new machines installation;• Manages the processes based on certification requirements and continuous improvement.
Who we are looking for • Bachelor's degree• Minimum 5 years' experience in molding• Experience in the automotive industry is an asset• Leadership experience in a manufacturing environment• Proficient in computer use • Demonstrates the ability to work effectively in a team environment• High level of analytical ability is required to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusion• Strong interpersonal skills• Well-developed organizational and time management skills
