Job Responsibilities:
Your Responsibilities• Support / Implement continuous improvement projects to address quality, material flow, through-put and productivity improvements.• Create technical specification for new machines, tooling, and other related equipment to molding process, order equipment and lead the activities for equipment release in serial production.• Assist technical team in procuring and sourcing required critical spares for equipment, critical spared to be stocked.• Evaluate and implement corrective actions and coordinate continuous improvement projects.• Develop layouts for molding and assembly process which will improve efficiency, reduce floor space and health and safety• Determine line side WIP/Finished Goods layout requirement and utilization.
Who we are looking for• Bachelor's degree• Minimum 3 years' experience in molding• Experience with automation controls, mechanical and process engineering preferred• Proficient in AutoCAD• Thinks conceptually and intuitively from a lean perspective• Demonstrated ability to effectively solve problems
Your preferred qualifications• Six Sigma certification
