Description
At ECS Composites, we manufacture rugged products used in military, aerospace, commercial, and industrial applications around the world. As a Rotomold Molder, you'll be part of a hands-on production team that manufactures rotationally molded products known for their quality, durability, and performance.
Like working with your hands and seeing what you accomplished at the end of the day? This could be the job for you.
Our Rotomold team works Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM, giving you three-day weekends, plus occasional Friday overtime during our busy season for those looking to earn even more.
If you're dependable, ready to learn, and don't mind getting your hands dirty, we'd love to meet you!
What You'll Be Doing
- Prepare molds and materials for production
- Load materials into molds according to work instructions
- Operate rotational molding equipment after proper training
- Remove finished products from molds
- Trim, clean, and finish molded parts
- Inspect finished products for quality and defects
- Use hand and power tools as needed
- Read work orders and follow production instructions
- Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe
- Work with your team to meet daily production goals
- Follow all safety procedures and quality standards
- Help identify opportunities to improve quality and efficiency

Physical Requirements
This position requires:
- Standing and walking throughout the shift
- Lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Frequent bending, reaching, twisting, and kneeling
- Using hand and power tools
- Working around manufacturing equipment
- Working in a manufacturing environment that may be hot at times
- Performing repetitive tasks while maintaining attention to detail
