- Accountable for BS & MI data management including Reporting Inventory & Collibra, Data Governance Global Roster Consolidation, Impacts of Workday, NGGM, Org changes
- Leads BS & MI analytics innovation work developing new tools to support management of cost, compliance, and carbon
- Provides oversight of CWT analytics services
- Manages reporting support for country specific reporting in support of local requirements- China Hotels: Air, Airfare Accruals, USA: Non-USA WBS Usage for Bus travelers to USA, USA Work Visa Maximums, Canada: LMIA Compliance LATAM: Travel Auto Approval, ANZ: CWT extracts for BHPB Travel, Australia travel data for Finance, ANZ business travel payment and accruals, MET: UAE P44 monthly travel report, NBB Travel Report, ASG: Airfare Report
- Manages reporting support of crisis response
- Manages routine analytics in support of the Travel Program, including CWT Settlements, Departure date verification for Business travelers, AMEX data, Travel Plans to AP55 countries, Global HC report for AMEX, CWT Analytics, Tripp Reporting
- Manages routine analytics in support of the Assignments program, including Assignment Analytics, Global inbounds report, Employee travel plan reports, Onsite Offshore Pipeline, Cross-border activity, Avanade Active assignments, Active cross-border assignments and transfers for HR, Triage missing assignees, Travel Entry Summary, Immigration Audit Report
- Manages routine reporting in support of the M&E program, including M&E Report, M&E Capacity Management, M&E Cost Forecasts, Improve M&E cost tracking
- Manages timely and high-quality response to leadership adhoc requests for operational issues, oversight of country and personnel specific travel patterns, etc
- Support capacity management through resource balancing and efficiency across India and BA Teams
- Application of new data tools to reduce work, integrate data, and surface impactful business insights and provide a Mobility CoE to support teams in applying automation tools to drive efficiency and effectiveness
- Fluency in spoken and written English language
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong Leadership skills to lead a team in Argentina and India
- Excellent Customer Service skills/strong relationship management skills essential
- Strong understanding of business strategy, objectives, and organizational structure
- Deep experience working with Microsoft tools, including Power BI, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Proven experience with executive stakeholder management and operational excellence
- Ability to work independently and use own initiative and simultaneously manage multiple complex activities, issues and escalations
- Outstanding communication and analytical skills
- Experience in a cross-border role, successfully managing multiple complex projects at a global level
- Considerable experience of delivering brand, marketing, and communications projects in global organizations
- Experience in program management processes and tools
- Knowledge of the Travel Industry, desired
- Knowledge of Corporate Mobility processes, desired
- Knowledge of Python, desired
