Created in 2022, the Growth Group unifies our business-to-business (B2B), direct-to-consumer (DTC), Sales & Distribution, and Marketing teams. We are an exceptional team, focused on understanding and supporting consumer and customer needs, harnessing new technology, and scaling growth opportunities.
What you'll do:
- Technically lead the mobile development team, defining architectures, coding standards, and best practices.
- Develop and maintain native applications for Android (Kotlin) and/or iOS (Swift), ensuring quality, performance, and usability.
- Perform code reviews, ensuring code quality and compliance with established standards.
- Mentor and develop team members, sharing knowledge and expertise.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and other stakeholders to define requirements and priorities.
- Participate in sprint planning and execution, ensuring the delivery of features on time and with quality.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest mobile market trends and technologies, proposing innovative solutions.
- Identify and solve complex technical problems, ensuring application stability and security.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and product quality.
What you'll need:
- Proven experience as a Tech Lead or senior mobile developer.
- Strong knowledge of native development for Android (Kotlin) and/or iOS (Swift).
- Experience with software architectures (MVVM, Clean Architecture, etc.) and design patterns.
- Knowledge of unit testing, integration testing, and UI testing.
- Experience with code versioning tools (Git).
- Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Proactivity, autonomy, and passion for technology.
- Intermediate/advanced English (desirable).
- Availability to work in person in Campinas/SP.
