Job DescriptionAbout the Role
We are seeking a Site Capture Specialist to support our construction projects through consistent and high-quality digital documentation using openspace. In this role, you will be responsible for visiting assigned construction sites on a weekly basis and capturing site progress using a 360° camera (mounted to a hard hat or extension pole). Your work will provide accurate, reliable records of site conditions that are essential for project management, stakeholder updates, and quality control.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit multiple active construction sites on a weekly schedule.
- Conduct complete walkthroughs of each job site with a 360° camera mounted to a hard hat.
- Ensure all captures are high quality, thorough, and consistent with project documentation standards.
- Upload and organise the captures to the application on phone or laptop to the appropriate platforms.
- Communicate with project managers and site teams to confirm capture areas and schedules.
- Identify and document / report any issues that result in you being unable to fully capture a site when visiting.
- Maintain and troubleshoot camera equipment as needed.
Qualifications

- Prior experience working on or around construction sites preferred (not required).
- Comfortable walking construction sites, sometimes in varying conditions (indoors/outdoors, uneven terrain).
- Comfortable reading site drawings
- Basic technical proficiency with mobile apps, cameras, or cloud-based platforms.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing consistent, accurate results.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage multiple site visits daily.
- Reliable and willingness to travel to multiple project sites in a country / region.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to walk job sites for extended periods (multiple hours at a time).
- Comfortable wearing required PPE (personal protective equipment), including hard hat, safety vest, boots, glasses, gloves and required camera equipment
