As a Product Designer, you will have the autonomy to shape design solutions, refine our design system, and directly impact key product metrics. You'll be part of a highly skilled team that values creativity, user-centered thinking, and continuous improvement.
About the product: Launched in 2019 for Android and iOS, our app connects people globally, delivering a seamless and intuitive user experience. Thanks to our talented design team, the product stands out with excellent UX/UI, making every interaction smooth and enjoyable. You will collaborate closely with developers, receive mentorship from experienced professionals, and work in a Scrum-driven environment where design decisions directly impact millions of users. In this role, you will
- Conduct research, brainstorm ideas, and create high-quality solutions for product challenges and new features
- Develop and enhance comprehensive user flows for each design stage
- Ensure timely completion of design reviews
- Identify and implement improvements to the design system and storybook for consistency and scalability
- Participate in the entire product development process—from ideation to pixel-perfect execution before launch
It’s all about you
- 3+ years of experience in designing mobile applications
- Android app design experience
- Expertise in Figma, including the ability to create and refine micro-interactions and design components
- Ability to rapid prototype hypotheses quickly
- A strong portfolio showcasing expertise in mobile application design and user experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills for collaboration across teams
- Adaptability to evolving design trends and project requirements
- Effective time management and estimation skills
- Self-motivation and the ability to drive design initiatives forward
