We are looking for a Mobile Lead to guide and shape the future of our mobile applications as we continue to grow and evolve. This role is for someone who is passionate about technology and leading teams to delivers cutting-edge solutions.
You will report directly to the Head of Development and work closely with experienced colleagues in the development team to understand the vision behind our mobile strategy and contribute to the evolution of Zodia mobile applications. Your scope will also include the development and maintenance of our web portal.
Main responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain advanced mobile applications for both Android and iOS platforms, as well as web application
- Design and implement user interfaces with a strong focus on the target audience
- Troubleshoot and resolve cross-platform and cross-browser issues
- Coordinate and maintain strong relationships with third-party vendors to address issues, implement new features, and ensure high-quality integrations
- Oversee, manage, and motivate the web/mobile development team to ensure high performance and productivity
- Collaborate effectively with Developers, Quality Assurance, Business Analysts, as well as various functions and stakeholders
- Collaborate with the Lead Architect to build and enhance the platform
- Drive innovation by proposing new ideas and suggesting improvements
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient unit tests
- Oversee the CI/CD processes to ensure smooth and efficient deployment pipelines, collaborating with the DevOps teams
- Advocate for best practices in development and ensure they are followed across the team
- Support various audits and developments related to all types of certifications and regulatory frameworks
- Ensure the performance and scalability of mobile applications and the web portal, helping to extract relevant metrics
- Maintain high-quality, detailed documentation on all aspects of the mobile and web portal
