We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic Mobile Application Developers to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should possess some relevant experience in mobile application development and a strong willingness to learn and grow. As a Junior Mobile Application Developer, you will assist in creating innovative and engaging mobile applications.
YOU WILL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
- Assist in the design, development, and maintenance of mobile applications using React Native for iOS and Android platforms.
- Collaborate with on/offshore teams (designers, product managers, and other developers) on system development and implementation.
- Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code following best practices.
- Troubleshoot and debug applications to improve performance and user experience.
- Integrate third-party APIs and services to enhance application functionality.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in mobile development and React Native.
- Participate in code reviews and receive constructive feedback to enhance your skills.
- Contribute to ensuring application performance, quality, and responsiveness.
WHO YOU ARE:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in mobile development, with a focus on React Native preferred.
- Basic understanding of Java or Kotlin development.
- Familiarity with XML, JSON, SOAP, Web Services, and object-oriented programming.
- Experience with Swift or Objective-C is a plus.
- Understanding of state management libraries such as Redux or MobX is advantageous.
- Basic knowledge of RESTful APIs and backend integration.
- Familiarity with mobile app design guidelines and best practices for both iOS and Android.
- Willingness to learn about testing frameworks and automated testing.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Communication skills in Cantonese and English
