We have an amazing opportunity for an experienced professional to join Talroo as our very first Mobile Apps Developer. In this role, you will have the opportunity every day to make a real impact on our success! You will work closely with and take constant feedback from Business Executives and Product Managers to iterate and build mobile frameworks and products in alignment with business and customer needs. To be successful in this role, you must be passionate and obsessed about solving challenges in unique ways, and highly skilled at ingesting ongoing feedback and turning that into real mobile product solutions. If you are a meticulous and passionate mobile aps developer with the right skills and ownership mindset, then we would love to talk with you. This position is fully in-office Monday through Friday in our Austin, TX headquarters.

Required Qualifications:

• This position is fully in-office Monday through Friday. Must reside in the greater Austin, TX metro area or be willing to relocate to the Austin area (Relocation Reimbursement will be offered) 
• Minimum of 3 years of experience developing mobile apps
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science  
• Employment sponsorship is available for this position

What we're looking for in a highly competitive candidate:

• Experience in React Native, AWS, PHP, Ionic, Laravel, JavaScript, and/or Python highly preferred
• Extremely high dedication and professionalism
• Open and proactive communicator and partner with Product Managers and peer engineers
• Meticulous and detail-oriented
• High initiative in optimizing product designs
