The bar is high but once you’re in, you’ll be an integral part of an agile development team that we are constructing at Huawei’s second largest R&D institution outside China, and you will play a key role on one of Huawei Turkey R&D Center`s enterprise software solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Functional testing (esp. following design documents to ensure intended behavior is captured in tested software).
- Usability testing (working with, and thinking like different users to bring variety to testing assignments).
- Performance testing (making sure application performs under different scaling conditions).
- Document procedures to enable faster troubleshooting and resolution.
- Enrich automation repository and scripting for additional tasks like data generation etc.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science or a related technical field, plus 2-3 years experience working on testing web and mobile applications on Android and browsers (Chrome, IE, Safari).
- Team player with great communication skills in English/Chinese.
Document procedures to enable faster troubleshooting and resolution. - Scripting, LNX, SQL and automation experience especially with tools/FWs like Appium, Espresso and AndroidX.
- Working with an active R&D and QA team of local and HQ staff.
- Working experience with Jira, Confluence and CI/CD tools.
