Job Description
Main Responsibilities
- Project Planning and Management: Responsible for defining project objectives, scope, schedules, and resource allocation to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and with high quality.
- Team Leadership and Coordination: Lead and guide the development team, promote effective teamwork and communication, and enhance overall team performance.
- Cross-Site Collaboration: Actively collaborate with teams at headquarters and Kunshan factory, supporting cross-site project execution, resource integration, and technical assistance to ensure seamless cooperation among global teams.
- Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and bottlenecks, propose and implement effective solutions to ensure smooth project progress.
- Requirement Analysis and Planning: Gain deep understanding of company and user needs, and plan system development solutions that meet those requirements.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure project deliverables meet company quality standards.
- Communication and Reporting: Regularly provide project progress, risk, and outcome reports to stakeholders, including cross-site teams, ensuring transparent and timely communication.
Key Skills and Qualifications
- Technical Knowledge: Proficient in the entire system development lifecycle (requirement analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, etc.).
- Project Management Skills: Capable of creating detailed project plans, tracking progress, and effectively controlling costs and quality.
- Cross-Department and Cross-Site Communication and Collaboration: Able to coordinate resources across departments and international teams, and communicate effectively with teams at headquarters and Kunshan factory.
- Leadership: Excellent team leadership, motivation, and cross-departmental collaboration skills.
- Problem-Solving Ability: Able to quickly identify and resolve technical and managerial issues encountered during project execution.
- Experience Requirements: Minimum of 15 years of relevant work experience, including at least 5 years in a department manager role.
