Job Description: Sr. Automation Engineer (AI-Powered Solutions)

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Test Automation Engineer with expertise in leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI) to design, develop, and optimize automation solutions. The ideal candidate will drive efficiency and scalability by integrating AI technologies into test automation.

Key Responsibilities

• 4-14 Years of Experience in Automation Testing using Selenium, Playwright, Python or Any Automation tools.
• Great coding skills in any of the programming languages i.e. Python, Java or C#.
• Develop, implement, and maintain automation frameworks and tools, incorporating AI/ML algorithms to create features like Auto-Heal, AI Authoring, No-code.
• Able to develop AI-assisted test automation frameworks.
• Develop and execute automated test scripts using AI-based testing techniques to enhance software quality and reliability.
• Have experience in Legacy application such as Mainframe Automation.
• Expertise to perform Proof of Concepts and Feasibility Study and able to create proposals on required technologies and platforms.
• Collaborate with AI/ML teams to integrate predictive analytics, natural language processing, and intelligent decision-making into automation pipelines.
• Analyse current workflows and identify opportunities for AI-assisted automation, focusing on cost reduction and process efficiency.
• Have exposure to insurance products in life, annuity.
• Have great knowledge of Cloud technologies like AWS, Azure.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including software developers, data scientists, and product managers, to align automation strategies with business goals.
• Should be able to mentor a team and communicate with senior management for presenting status and roadmap of automation.
• Create and maintain detailed technical documentation for automation systems, frameworks, and AI integrations.
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git and project management tools like Jira.
• Experience in natural language processing (NLP) for text-based automation tasks.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's in Engineering or Master's degree in Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience: Proven experience in test automation, with hands-on experience in AI/ML applications.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#.
  • Experience with AI/ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
  • Expertise with automation tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Robot Framework, or CI/CD pipelines.
  • Good knowledge of APIs, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to design innovative solutions for complex processes.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to explain AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
