Description

We are seeking an ML Ops Engineer to join our data and machine learning team. This role will focus on enabling, operationalizing, and maintaining our machine learning workflows. While senior ML scientists and data scientists lead model development, this role ensures those models are successfully deployed, tested, and maintained in production environments.

What You'll Do

  • Partner with ML scientists to operationalize models in Databricks and AWS.
  • Build, monitor, and optimize pipelines for training, testing, and deployment.
  • Establish systems for model versioning, automated testing, and performance monitoring.
  • Manage infrastructure for scaling workloads and maintaining reliability.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the ML lifecycle.
  • Document processes and create repeatable, automated workflows.
  • Creating and maintaining complex data dashboards with sophisticated datasets and calculations
Requirements
  • Strong experience with Databricks (preferred) and AWS-based ML workflows.
  • Proficiency with Python, SQL, PySpark and related ML/data engineering toolsets.
  • Familiarity with ML lifecycle management tools (MLflow, Delta Live Tables, etc.).
  • Experience with real-time, live low latency, mission critical relevancy models and serving endpoints.
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD and monitoring systems.
  • Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills to work closely with ML scientists and engineers.
  • Experience reviewing code in pull requests, offering and receiving constructive feedback for optimization and best practices

Nice-to-Haves

  • Knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance in cloud environments.
  • Familiarity with model observability and explainability frameworks.
  • Experience with stream processing or near-real-time pipelines.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing or mar-tech metrics.

Profile Fit

This is a supporting, enablement-focused role — best suited for someone who thrives at building reliable systems, operational excellence, and ensuring that data science innovations can be delivered consistently into production.
