About the Role
Join us in developing state-of-the-art machine learning models that power our GTM automation platform.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and deploy ML models for lead scoring and qualification
Build NLP systems for processing B2B data
Design and implement reinforcement learning systems
Optimize model performance and inference time
Collaborate with backend team on model deployment
Research and implement new ML techniques
Required Skills & Experience
3+ years of experience in machine learning engineering
Expert knowledge of PyTorch and Lightning
Experience with Hugging Face transformers
Proficiency in distributed training using Ray
Background in NLP and reinforcement learning
MS/PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field
