In this role you will:
- Join an elite group of top tier professionals working in a cutting-edge environment to quickly tackle complex problem sets and deliver mission success to our customers' missions across the globe.
- Leverage extensive background in military operations and intelligence to enhance user experience and derive maximum value for our customers across Zignal’s real time Open Source Intelligence (OSINT) platforms.
- Support customer adoption and growth of Zignal’s platform through proactive support and personalized engagements to understand their strategic objectives and requirements for mission success.
- Demonstrate in-depth analysis of publicly available information and automate the detection of real-time threats, trends, and emerging narratives in support of national security and time sensitive mission requirements.
- Work closely with project managers, SMEs, and stakeholders to document standardized procedures and best practices across the organization.
- Translate mission requirements and feedback to drive development of product enhancements and cutting-edge development of emerging technologies and AI/ML solutions.
Required Skills and Qualities:
- Extensive military or DoD intelligence background with a strong understanding of intelligence operations and methodologies
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and assess potential threats and risks based on open-source information
- Exceptional written and verbal communications skills with the ability to convey complex ideas and information clearly and concisely
- Top Secret Clearance Required
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience
- Certifications related to OSINT analysis or intelligence operations
- Experience working in a joint or inter-agency environment
