- Provide technical oversight for programs in the operations and sustainment phase of a program
- Drive technical problem solving and anomaly resolution

- Project leadership experience (such as chief systems engineer, product lead, or team lead).
- Experience performing anomaly resolution and designing for fault detection, isolation, and recovery.
- Experience in Customer (internal and external) communication.
- Experience in all or most phases of a program life cycle, including the design, test, and operations of a space vehicle.
- Experience leading requirement verification activities.
- Strong understanding of spacecraft fault detection and resolution
- Experience in SV design, test, or operations preferred.
