Shape the Future of Employee Experience at CommBank

At CommBank, we're reimagining how more than 50,000 employees grow, develop, connect and thrive at work.

We're moving beyond traditional HR operating models to create a new approach to employee experience, one that combines human-centred design, AI, data and digital innovation to solve the challenges that matter most to our people and leaders.

Following the success of initiatives such as Grow Your Career, we're accelerating our investment in AI-enabled employee experiences, digital products and mission-led ways of working. We're building a future where employee experiences are more personalised, intelligent and impactful, helping our people navigate their careers, build capability, develop as leaders and perform at their best.

PeopleX sits at the centre of this transformation, bringing together expertise from across HR, technology, design, data and operations to shape the next generation of employee experiences.

As a Mission Lead, you'll define the direction of strategic employee experience missions, shaping innovative solutions and bringing together multidisciplinary teams to deliver meaningful outcomes at scale. You'll create clarity around mission vision, mobilise the right capabilities and ensure every mission delivers measurable value for our people, leaders and the organisation.

This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of people, technology and business transformation, helping define the future of employee experience at one of Australia's leading organisations.

Do Work That Matters

Working closely with HR Centres of Excellence, technology teams, designers, data specialists, AI product teams and senior business stakeholders, you'll bring together the right expertise to shape employee experience missions that solve workforce challenges and deliver measurable organisational value.

Success in this role requires someone who can combine product thinking, human-centred design, transformation delivery and stakeholder leadership to create lasting impact.

Role Overview
