SUMMARY
The Miscel Roller is responsible for efficiently rolling out priced merchandise from production workstations to the sales floor. This role ensures merchandise is properly stocked and displayed according to store standards. While on the sales floor, the Miscel Roller provides merchandising support and offers excellent customer service when needed.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/DUTIES

Transport priced merchandise from production areas to the sales floor.

Stock and merchandise items in designated areas to maintain an organized and appealing sales floor.

Rotate merchandise on a timely basis and in accordance with established procedures and bring merchandise to the sales floor in a timely manner.

Greet each customer with a courteous, friendly, and professional attitude; provide prompt, efficient, and accurate customer service at all times.

Direct customers to the proper area and provide general information as requested.

Stay alert and watch for shoplifting; notify store management of suspicious activity.

Keep the sales floor and production area clean and safe.

Maintain a well-groomed appearance and appropriate dress code, including a name badge and vest.
ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS/DUTIES

Refer all customer complaints to management in a timely manner.

Follow Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) procedures and other Public Protection Guidelines.

React calmly and respond to emergency situations.

Perform other duties as assigned by the Team Leader.
