The Role

We're seeking an MIS Projects and Solution Manager specializing in sales and marketing with extensive experience in steering marketing and sales teams towards efficiency and success. Your role will focus on refining and optimizing our pipeline management, forecasting capabilities, attribution modeling, and deepening our understanding of the user journey. You'll be pivotal in bridging the gap between our marketing strategies and sales execution, ensuring a cohesive approach to our business processes.

What will you do?

  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, and other key departments to craft operational strategies that align with our goals, emphasizing pipeline management, forecasting, and user journey optimization.
  • Lead projects aimed at enhancing our marketing automation and sales processes, drawing from your wealth of experience in similar endeavors.
  • Translate complex marketing and sales requirements into actionable system and process designs, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
  • Develop strategic KPIs and metrics specifically for marketing and sales performance, employing your expertise in data analysis to drive strategic decisions.
  • Conduct thorough analyses to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges within our marketing and sales operations, suggesting data-driven solutions.
  • Maintain detailed documentation for our systems, focusing on marketing and sales operations, and develop comprehensive training materials.
  • Uphold the highest data integrity standards, ensuring accuracy and consistency in our marketing and sales data across platforms.
  • Address system-related issues promptly- hand on approach!. Collaborating with technical teams to ensure smooth operation of our marketing and sales systems.
  • Lead communication and change management initiatives, particularly those affecting marketing and sales technologies and strategies

Requirements

Who You Are

  • A seasoned professional with 5+ years of experience in Marketing and Sales Operations, Business Systems Analysis, or a related field, particularly within technology-driven environments.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven track record of leading significant marketing and sales projects, with a focus on pipeline management, forecasting, attribution modeling, and user journey analysis.
  • Expertise in marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud) 
  • Excellent knowledge in Salesforce from a solution design perspective and platform capabilities ( not JUST a super user)
  • Solid understanding of BI tools (Tableau in particular)
  • Experience with Managing forecast tools such as Clari/Boostup - a big advantage
  • Exceptional analytical skills, capable of turning complex data sets into actionable insights.
  • Proficient in SQL is a big plus
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to drive projects across cross-functional teams and influence outcomes without direct authority.
