- Proficiency in HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or similar).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Excel advanced functions).
- Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into data requirements and reporting solutions.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to present insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.
