Our Data Science team, supporting Surfshark and Incogni products, seeks a talented and experienced Mid/Senior Data Scientist. In this role, you’ll develop advanced, data-driven solutions that directly impact our product offerings, user experience, and key business metrics. You’ll tackle unique challenges, from time series modeling to predictive analytics and generative AI, all while upholding a strict no-data logs policy to protect user privacy. Working closely with cross-functional teams — including UX, product, and marketing — you’ll ensure our data solutions are aligned with business objectives and efficiently deploy models into production with the support of our MLOps platform.
If you want to:
- Develop, deploy, and optimize predictive models to drive our product and business strategies, with a focus on high-impact projects like pricing strategy, fraud detection, abuse detection, churn modeling, and influencer onboarding strategy;
- Ensure model quality and performance by managing end-to-end processes from experimentation to deployment;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data requirements, define project objectives, and ensure successful project execution;
- Communicate complex findings and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders through clear and compelling visualizations, reports, and presentations;
- Continuously innovate by leveraging the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, and statistical modeling techniques and apply them to solve real-world challenges.
And you can check off:
- 3+ years of relevant experience;
- Proficiency with the Python programming language and SQL;
- Strong understanding of data science concepts and techniques, including predictive modeling, machine learning, and statistical analysis;
- A business-oriented mindset with the ability to translate technical findings into actionable insights;
- A commitment to code quality and collaborative development, including code reviews, unit testing, and CI/CD practices.
Bonus points if you:
- Are experienced with BI and visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI);
- Are experienced with cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS or Azure;
- Are experienced with ML model deployment and management in production settings.
