Middle/Strong Middle Business Analyst

We are looking for a qualified Business Analyst with extensive experience working on projects of varying complexity, and preferably with background in HRMS/ERP systems. 

The Business Analyst will play an important role in enhancing our operational efficiency and driving strategic initiatives through effective business analysis and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. 

Job Description

• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather, refine, and prioritize business requirements aligned with strategic objectives 

• Work closely with product owners, development teams, QA engineers, and designers to ensure clear understanding and implementation of business requirements 

• Analyze existing business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and propose innovative solutions 

• Create detailed documentation including process flows, user stories, and other artifacts to effectively communicate requirements and solution designs 

• Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from underlying real needs 

• Conduct demo meetings to show delivered value 

• Prepare user manuals for end users 

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of APIs 

• Basic SQL knowledge for data extraction 

• Strong understanding of iterative ways of working, especially Scrum 

• Expertise in user story creation and decomposition 

• Basic proficiency in wireframing and prototyping tools 

• Solid understanding of HR business processes and overall business operations to ensure alignment between technical solutions with organizational needs 

• Good spoken and written English
