Are you a strategic thinker who understands how SEO drives business growth? Intellectsoft is looking for an experienced, business-minded SEO Specialist to join our team, take ownership of our online visibility, and participate in the inbound growth strategy.
We're not just looking for someone who can optimize pages — we're looking for someone who sees SEO as a core business function. You’ll play a key role in driving quality traffic, generating leads from Tier 1 markets, and supporting our long-term growth goals in the B2B software outsourcing space.ul project outcomes and driving the growth of the business.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in SEO with a strong focus on Tier 1 markets.
- At least 1 year of personal experience managing link-building campaigns.
- Proven track record of achieving measurable growth goals (cases might be requested)
- Experience working with freelancers, external vendors, and managing online marketing workflows.
- Strong understanding of the IT/software development industry.
- Analytical mindset, attention to detail, proactive attitude, and business awareness.
- In-depth knowledge of SEO tools (Ahrefs, Google Search Console, Data Studio, Screaming frog, SEMrush, SurferSEO and others).
Nice to have skills
- Experience with B2B or software outsourcing companies is a big plus.
- Experience with Looker Data Studio and dashboards creation.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead the SEO strategy aligned with business objectives: keyword strategy, content planning, and link building for a global software development company.
- Analyze competitors and spot opportunities for traffic and lead generation, especially in Tier 1 countries.
- Measure, report, and improve: track SEO performance, run experiments, and continuously improve based on data.
- Collaborate with the content team to create SEO-driven content briefs and ensure implementation quality.
- Perform technical SEO audits, identify and fix issues, and ensure high site performance and crawlability.
- Lead and systematize outreach efforts using internal and external resources.
