PROJECT
The project focuses on enhancing a data-driven AdTech platform that processes large datasets to optimize marketing campaigns and audience targeting. It integrates advanced analytics, machine learning models, and BI frameworks to deliver measurable business impact. The team works in an agile environment, collaborating closely with Data Scientists, Product Managers, and stakeholders to ensure continuous improvement and innovation in product features.

Job Description- Collaborate with Data Scientists to design and refine product features powered by analytics
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for optimization
- Translate business needs into actionable analytical tasks and solutions
- Support feature launches through testing, feedback gathering, and performance monitoring
- Evaluate feature usage and assess their business impact
- Acquire domain expertise in AdTech to propose enhancements and new ideas
- Participate in data science initiatives, contributing to research and innovation efforts
- 2–4 years of experience in solving business problems through actionable insights
- Strong proficiency in advanced SQL
- Experience with at least one programming language (Python, R)
- Knowledge of PySpark
- Proven track record in delivering analytics projects using EDA and data analysis tools
- Experience defining BI frameworks and working with large datasets
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to prioritize workload
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable working within an agile framework
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering or MBA
