In this role, you will
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with Spanish-speaking partners
- Manage and support a portfolio of 30–40 partners simultaneously
- Work with warm leads and onboard new partners in collaboration with the inbound team
- Support partner growth and development to increase overall project revenue
- Analyze partner performance and identify opportunities to improve engagement and results
- Provide partners with recommendations and best practices to help them scale on the platform
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a high-quality partner experience and a safe ecosystem for users
It’s all about you
- 2 years of experience in a client-facing role (Account Manager, Business Development, Customer Success, Sales, or Affiliate Manager)
- Spanish at B1+ level and English at B1+ level
- Familiarity with analytics platforms such as Tableau or Amplitude, strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills when working with partners or clients
- Results-driven, client-focused approach
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills
- Ability to work independently and structure information effectively
- Experience working with CRM tools
