Middle Motion Designer (Dealpump)

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full post-production process end-to-end — from graphic design to final video editing and sound mixing.
• Create engaging ad creatives using both AI tools (Runway, Pika, Midjourney, Kaiber, etc.) and classic Adobe software.
• Develop motion graphics, animations, intros/outros, captions, and branded visual elements for videos.
• Edit promotional, content, and social media videos with attention to color grading, sound, and pacing.
• Collaborate closely with content producers, marketing, and design teams to bring creative ideas to life.
• Take part in brainstorm sessions and contribute fresh visual concepts for campaigns and content.
• Prepare final video assets for publishing — rendering, formatting for platforms, and quality control.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma.
• Strong understanding of the full post-production cycle: graphics, editing, color correction, and sound.
• Experience creating motion graphics and animation.
• Familiarity with AI-powered video tools (Runway, Pika, Kaiber, etc.).
• Solid grasp of composition, color, typography, and animation principles.
• Creativity and the ability to adapt visual style to the brand’s tone of voice.
• A strong sense of aesthetics, especially for lifestyle, beauty, and fashion content.
