We’re hiring a Middle Developer (Technical Specialist) with strong PHP/WordPress skills and solid front-end capabilities to own and improve our web ecosystem. This role is hands-on: you’ll build, optimize, and maintain WordPress websites/landing pages, implement integrations, and ensure performance, security, and clean delivery.
What You’ll DoDevelop and maintain WordPress websites: custom themes/child themes, templates, and site components.
Build and optimize landing pages for conversion (structure, speed, UX, responsiveness).
Implement front-end features (HTML/CSS/JS) and ensure cross-browser compatibility.
Integrate third-party services: forms/CRM, analytics, pixels, email automation, calendars, payment tools (as needed).
Improve performance (Core Web Vitals), SEO technical basics, and accessibility.
Maintain security and reliability: updates, backups, monitoring, role/access management.
Troubleshoot production issues and document solutions clearly.
2–4+ years of commercial experience as a developer (middle level).
Strong PHP and WordPress experience (hooks, custom post types, template hierarchy).
Confident front-end skills: HTML, CSS, JavaScript (responsive layout, UI behavior).
Experience working with APIs and integrations (REST, webhooks).
Familiarity with Git and modern dev workflow (staging/prod, deployments).
Ability to work independently, estimate tasks, and communicate progress clearly.
English for day-to-day work communication.
Experience with popular WP builders (Elementor/Gutenberg) while still being able to code when needed.
WooCommerce experience (even if not the core focus).
Experience with WP performance tooling (caching/CDN), security plugins, and hardening.
Basic UI/UX sense and ability to work from Figma.
Experience in healthcare/health tech environments (a plus, not required).
