Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Middle DevOps Engineer with expertise in AWS, Terraform and a technical background in cloud infrastructure, automation, and DevOps practices. Ideal candidates have experience in fin-tech, trading, or cryptocurrency environments and thrive in fast-paced, innovative teams. Our tech stack includes AWS, Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, CloudWatch, and scripting in Bash, Python, and Go.
Key Responsibilities
- Deploy, backup and maintain scalable, secure AWS environments with a focus on high availability and resilience.
- Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, and scripting languages (Python, Bash, Go).
- Build, enhance, and oversee CI/CD pipelines to support continuous integration and delivery (Github Actions, ArgoCD, Gitlab CICD).
- Work closely with development teams to optimize application performance, scalability, and deployment processes.
- Monitor and optimize infrastructure, ensuring resource efficiency.
- Diagnose and resolve complex infrastructure issues, conducting root cause analysis.
- Maintain, and optimize Kubernetes clusters, ensuring scalability and reliability.
- Participate in on-call rotations to ensure system availability and rapid resolution of critical incidents.
Requirements
- 3+ years in DevOps roles, with a focus on AWS environments.
- Expertise in AWS services, Terraform, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Proficiency with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK) and scripting languages (Bash, Python, Go).
- Basic knowledge of networking (DNS, load balancing, firewalls).
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools (GitLab CI, Github Actions).
- Understanding of cloud security principles and best practices.
- Certifications: AWS certifications (e.g., Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer) are nice to have.
- Excellent problem-solving, teamwork, and communication abilities.
- Fluent in English.
