PROJECT
The project focuses on enhancing a data-driven AdTech platform that processes large datasets to optimize marketing campaigns and audience targeting. It integrates advanced analytics, machine learning models, and BI frameworks to deliver measurable business impact. The team works in an agile environment, collaborating closely with Data Scientists, Product Managers, and stakeholders to ensure continuous improvement and innovation in product features.

Job Description- Collaborate with Data Scientists to create and improve product features powered by data and analytics
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, unusual patterns, and opportunities for improvement
- Ensure data quality and resolve inconsistencies
- Conduct exploratory data analysis to uncover actionable insights
- Provide analytics-based recommendations to support strategic decisions and partnerships
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports for clear communication
- Work with cross-functional teams to define analytics needs and requirements
- Build deep domain knowledge to refine use cases and enhance features
- 2–4 years of experience in solving business problems and delivering actionable insights
- Good knowledge of Python and SQL
- Proven track record in delivering analytics projects using EDA and data analysis tools
- Experience with large datasets and ensuring data integrity
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
- Experience working within Agile frameworks and collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills
- Upper-Intermediate level of English or higher
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering or MBA
WILL BE A PLUS:
- Experience with Databricks and PySpark
- Familiarity with AdTech domain
- Understanding of cloud-based solutions
