We're looking for a Middle Affiliate Manager to join our team and help drive affiliate campaign performance while contributing to the growth of our brands through strong and long-term partnerships. We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented specialist who enjoys building relationships with affiliate partners, optimizing campaign performance, analyzing results, and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement. The ideal candidate is data-driven, communicative, and eager to grow in a fast-paced iGaming environment while delivering measurable business results.

Your daily adventures:
  • Launch, manage, and optimize affiliate campaigns across multiple brands and GEOs;
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners, ensuring smooth campaign execution and timely support;
  • Work closely with Product, Finance, CRM, Design, and other teams to successfully launch and improve campaigns;
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, identify optimization opportunities, and help achieve business KPIs;
  • Keep campaign documentation and reports up to date while ensuring accurate tracking and execution;
  • Stay informed about affiliate marketing trends, competitor activities, and new traffic opportunities to continuously improve performance.

RequirementsWhat makes you a great match:
  • 1–3 years of hands-on experience in affiliate marketing, account management, or digital marketing (preferably in iGaming);
  • Good understanding of affiliate marketing, traffic acquisition, and digital marketing principles;
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with partners and internal teams;
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance and make data-driven decisions;
  • Familiarity with tracking platforms, postbacks, landing pages, and campaign setup;
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment;
  • Proactive, organized, and eager to learn and grow;
  • Results-oriented with strong ownership of assigned tasks.

Skills Required

  • 1-3 years hands-on experience in affiliate marketing, account management, or digital marketing (preferably in iGaming)
