Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain a high-end commercial brand visual identity for Olivia Burton
  • Responsible for creating impactful elevated designs which work across a variety of touch-points; digital, print, windows, seasonal campaigns, brochures, OOH, social media content
  • Manage the design & development of brand guidelines, new product lookbooks, and key seasonal campaign toolkits to ensure consistency across global roll-outs
  • Develop the concept mood boards & explorative creative ideas for new watch & jewellery launches
  • Designs for digital elements to include video editing, gif creation & animation
  • Commercially focused and able to actively consider how the creative input can translate to sales
  • Research and stay on top of visual & market trends and produce conceptual designs and decks to present to the wider teams and management
  • Present ideas & gain buy-in for the designs with Senior Management
  • The ability to take on feedback regarding concepts/ ideation
  • Working closely with internal Retail VM, Marketing, Product Development & Digital Teams
  • Work proactively and use own initiative to ensure all jobs are completed on time and any critical dates and tight deadlines are met & communicated clearly
  • Supporting the Senior Creative Designer on photoshoots, overseeing model and still life crops & supporting on 5* imagery

Requirements:

  • 6+ years’ in a fashion retail design environment, with a solid understanding of commercial requirements
  • Significant, demonstratable experience being part of a creative team, for watch & jewellery, accessories, fashion, retail or beauty Brands (in-house or agency)
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating a diverse range of design projects & a high level of creativity and innovation
  • Experience creating and managing Brand guidelines and toolkits
  • Expert in Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign
  • Strong Knowledge in other Adobe software especially After Effects & Premiere Pro
  • Experience and knowledge of Figma and project managing tools such as Trello and Asana a bonus
  • Experience in setting up and exporting print and digital assets correctly
  • Giff creation & video editing
  • Illustrative skills for new prints and designs a bonus
  • Knowledge of current design trends, industry best practices & emerging technologies
  • Fashion forward, strong creative eye for detail and new trends, colour palettes
