The team is based in the Netherlands at the Nike EMEA Brand Creative Studio.
WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
As a mid-weight designer, you will be a creative member of the team reporting to the direction of the Director of Brand Creative Experience EMEA and alongside the designers Brand Experience team and producers, art direction teams in marketing and retail and strategists/writers.
Outside of our Brand Creative teams, your main partners are across all Brand Teams across Consumer Fields of Play and Centres of Excellence (Digital, Brand Voice and Retail). Externally to Nike, you will work closely with agencies/artists to develop the executional craft of the projects.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Our mid-weight Designers are exceptional team players, focused on execution. You will have a passion to learn the art of brand storytelling through physical and digital environmental design.
Our work in EMEA focuses on product launches, brand events, and retail brand storytelling .We also work on strategy, conceptualising and execution against digital & physical consumer experiences.
We are looking for a creative mind and a fresh approach to help keep our ideas relevant and connected to the wider culture of sport and design.
The position requires a strong conceptual mindset, creative ability and enthusiasm that inspires the work across every consumer touchpoint, driving compelling innovative physical environments and digital experiences.
You are detail orientated and are proactive when it comes to deliver brand defining storytelling. You are inspired by experimentation or working within new areas and disciplines. And can operate both as an independent creative; able to manage your own workstreams effectively, and as a collaborator; communicating and presenting clearly to internal and external partners.
In addition to a strong conceptual design skillset, you demonstrate a working knowledge and understanding of the following disciplines:

Professional work experience as a creative in an agency or internal in a relevant brand environment within the fashion/retail/sport/digital marketing

A passion for the Athlete*, Sport* and Culture.

Physical, spatial & digital experiential design (in-house or agency).

Environmental art direction & graphic design.

Digitally integrated physical consumer experiences and journeys.

Thorough understanding of today’s media landscape and how people engage with content, with in-depth knowledge of interactive communication, processes and user-interface design for digital products.

Ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure

Strong time management with ability to toggle between daily and long-term tasks, keeping a high volume of workstreams moving forward simultaneously.

Excellent verbal and visual communication skills; adept at presenting and defending creative work.

Strong interpersonal skills with natural ability to foster cross-functional teamwork and an open, positive and collaborative environment.

Knowledge of 3D design/render software, Adobe CC and Keynote software is a must.
Ability in Sketchup is plus.

Strong verbal and written communication in English.

Ability to travel 25% within EMEA.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
You will be required to deliver high quality physical & digital experiential concepts at every stage of the creative process. Attention to detail is a must.
You will work on a wide variety of marketing briefs. You will need to be able to communicate design concepts to various internal and external audiences. You will support on complex workstreams within creative project teams to develop and craft creative concepts for both product launches and campaigns across EMEA, delivering end-to-end creative for consumer focused experiences.
You will play a meaningful role in developing the creative work for Brand Experience across all FoP:

Extensions of Global Creative Concepts or Originate EMEA Creative Concepts.

Product Launches, Brand Events, Digital Experiences and Activations.

Strategy, Concept, Execution and deliver full funnel of creative.

Contribute to the craft and design of the all creative touch-points per project.

Keep up to date with emerging trends in fashion, design, film, art, media and technology as relevant to Nike.
