You will:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements and design web solutions that meet business needs.
- Develop and maintain scalable, reliable, and efficient codebase using Next.js and related technologies.
- Lead the full software development lifecycle, including coding, testing, debugging, and deployment.
- Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Mentor and coach junior developers, and actively contribute to their professional growth and development.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends and recommend innovative solutions to enhance our products and processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues and ensure timely resolution of software defects.
- Collaborate with QA engineers to ensure the quality and reliability of software deliverables.
You have:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in frontend development, with a strong understanding of JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Proficiency in Next.js and React.js frameworks, with a solid understanding of server-side rendering and static site generation.
- Experience with state management libraries such as Redux, MobX, or Context API.
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and GraphQL, with experience integrating with backend services.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and propose effective solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
