We are seeking a highly qualified professional to join our team as a Mid Machine Learning Engineer. As an essential part of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence solutions that drive business value and support strategic decision-making. We are looking for a professional with strong expertise in Machine Learning, Foundation Models, and modern AI technologies, capable of working independently and contributing to complex technical challenges.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Machine Learning model development, deployment, and optimization
- Expertise in applying Machine Learning techniques to solve complex business problems
- Experience with SQL and database management concepts
- Knowledge of Foundation Models and Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Experience with LLM Orchestration frameworks and AI application development
- Hands-on experience with Python and Machine Learning libraries
- Understanding of MLOps, model deployment, and production monitoring
- Experience working with large-scale datasets and data preprocessing techniques
- Knowledge of cloud-based AI and Machine Learning services
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary teams
- Fluent in English (C1 or above)
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence solutions that generate measurable business outcomes
- Build, train, evaluate, and optimize predictive models and AI-driven applications
- Leverage cloud-based AI services to accelerate solution development and deployment
- Develop scalable data pipelines to support model training, inference, and production environments
- Apply DevOps and MLOps principles to automate model deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management
- Customize and implement Foundation Models, LLMs, and Generative AI solutions according to business requirements
- Evaluate the performance, quality, and business value of AI solutions and provide recommendations for continuous improvement
- Conduct research into emerging AI technologies, algorithms, and methodologies
- Analyze large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities to improve model accuracy and effectiveness
- Implement efficient data storage, retrieval, and knowledge management mechanisms
- Collaborate with Data Engineers, Data Scientists, Product Owners, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable AI solutions
- Communicate technical findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Contribute to technical discussions and provide innovative solutions to complex challenges
