Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for a Mid-level Transportation Analyst (Level 3) to join our dynamic team in Mesa, AZ.
Position Responsibilities:

- Plans and executes domestic and export shipments in compliance with ITAR and EAR regulations, ensuring all documentation and procedures meet legal and organizational standards

- Complies with export regulations and export processes
- Initiates loss and damage claims to carriers and supports claims investigations
- Fosters and promotes an environment of continuous improvement; address concerns through systematic problem-solving, reflecting Boeing's values of Trust, Ownership, Innovation and People Focus
- Identifies work statement changes and capacity surges, ensuring operational efficiency and timely completion of established goals
- Supports the development Statements of Work to secure cost-effective transportation services
- Proposes changes to standardized work to improve processes, demonstrating a proactive approach to enhancing efficiency and ownership of outcomes
- Supports transportation projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budget, and alignment with organizational goals
- Investigates and performs root cause analysis on complex logistics initiatives and recommends business solutions relating to transportation and logistics practices, processes and procedures
- Develops and cultivates relationships with service providers, suppliers, stakeholders, peers and business partners for collaborative solutions
- Demonstrates strength in taking complex business challenges and creating and executing streamlined solutions
- Drives and manages organizational integration and change management with positive results
- Navigates through complex situations and drives to efficient, effective and timely solutions
- Partners with leaders across multiple teams to develop logistics strategy to meet organizational objectives
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 3+ years of experience in Domestic and International Supply Chain Logistics
- 3+ years of experience working with import and export licenses and regulations for maintaining compliance with transportation regulations for international and domestic shipments
- 3+ years of experience with enterprise shipping systems
- 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- 3+ years of experience in data analytics and/or business intelligence
- 3+ year of experience in project management
- 3+ years of experience with freight forwarding and/or transportation modes: FTL, LTL, International & Domestic Air Freight, Ocean, Small Parcel
- 3+ years of experience with BESSy (Boeing Enterprise Shipping System)
- 3+ year of experience leading teams through process and change management
- 1+ year of experience developing presentations for and presenting to executive leadership
