Information Digital Technology & Security (IDT&S) is seeking a Mid-Level Systems and Data Analyst to support Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA), Boeing Defense Systems (BDS), Boeing Global Services (BGS), and Enterprise Services supply chain Transportation and Logistics products in Everett, WA; Renton, WA; Seattle, WA; Hazelwood, MO; or Berkeley, MO.
The analyst will partner with business and product stakeholders to define problem statements and challenges, then research and analyze processes, applications, systems, and data to identify functional requirements for application and system design.
Position Responsibilities:
- Lead efforts to define and document detailed business requirements
- Learn each business unit's logistics and transportation flows, processes, and products
- Facilitate regular requirements-gathering and design sessions with product owners and users, translating requirements into system designs
- Articulate how architecture, design, implementation, testing, and deployment interact to enable effective solutions
- Configure the BlueYonder Transportation Management System (TMS)
- Apply domain knowledge of Transportation Management, Transportation Planning & Consolidation, load building, shipment tendering, tariffs/rating, track & trace/visibility, financials and audit, fleet management, transportation modeling, carrier collaboration, and master data
- Integrate TMS with upstream and downstream systems, including Enterprise Resource Planning systems (ERPs), global trade, dangerous goods, freight payment, and visibility platforms
- Negotiate solutions that satisfy requirements and deliver business value while maintaining consistency and security standards
- Identify process improvement opportunities by reviewing existing processes and data
- Develop and execute tests to validate system functionality against specifications
- Demonstrate systems-thinking across broad process and architectural landscapes
- Operate in a cross-functional, multi-level environment with shifting priorities and requirements
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 5+ years of experience working in the Logistics and Transportation Domain
- Experience working with TMS products
- Experience working on 2-3 TMS implementations and project rollouts
- Experience across the full TMS development lifecycle: business process design, solution blueprinting, system design, build, test, deploy, and business stabilization/hyper-care
- Experience collecting, organizing, synthesizing, and analyzing data; summarizing findings and developing actionable conclusions and recommendations
- Experience working in Agile frameworks
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Experience working with Blue Yonder TMS, SAP ATM, and/or similar products

Summary pay range: $96,050 - $139,150
