We have an immediate opening for a Mid Level Technical PM to join our team. This is a full-time, direct-hire, permanent position.
In this position, we need a strong PM with 3-5 years of PM experience with the following responsibilities:
- Ability to lead and help drive solutions
- Ability to articulate to stakeholder the project status
- Ability to manage conflicts and risks
- Takes advantage of project opportunities to learn new skills through hands-on experience
- Identifies possible causes of an issue and contributes to developing a resolution
- Works with team to manage own workload for reasonable work/life balance
- Helps make sure that activities are completed even when they lie outside immediate area of responsibility
- Communicates new ideas to achieve success for stakeholder or the organization
- Supports new business opportunities
- Takes time to help and mentor other team members
- Seeks ways to increase level of responsibility
- Raises issues appropriately
Technical Skills:
- Helps support a DB environment being sourced from multiple sources (external data, cosmos, MS sales, licensing, commerce platform, velocity, etc.)
- Has a good knowledge of data warehousing, concepts and designs around data solutions
- Technical Skills - SQL (does not need to be an expert)
- Needs to have experience of ETL's and SLA's
Given that we are in a consulting environment, this position will also be measured on:
- On-time and on-budget consulting execution delivery
- External Customer/Project Satisfaction
- Internal Sales and Services Satisfaction
- Demonstrated Technical skill
