Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and versatile Integrated Project Manager to join our team. This role will be crucial in managing and coordinating cross-functional projects, ensuring seamless integration across various departments and platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, a passion for delivering cohesive solutions, and the ability to lead teams toward successful project outcomes. At Helios, you’ll collaborate with diverse teams to drive the execution of complex, multi-channel projects.

 

Qualifications

  • 3 to 4 years of experience in Project Management (agency experience is preferred) 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or PMP certification is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of project management tools and software, such as Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello, or Jira.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex project details to a variety of stakeholders.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong understanding of budgeting, cost management, and financial forecasting as it relates to project management.


 Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with various departments, including marketing, design, development, and operations, to ensure seamless integration and alignment of project objectives.
  • Develop, manage, and oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initial concept to final delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and deliverables.
  • Allocate and manage resources efficiently across multiple projects, ensuring that teams have the tools and support they need to succeed.
  • Identify potential risks and obstacles early in the project lifecycle and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
