What You'll Do
- Work iteratively and collaborate with the team on initial concepts, user flows, visual design, and prototypes
- Adopt and expand our design system to achieve consistent style and quality standards across products
- Participate in all project phases, from strategy to launch to optimization

- Open to feedback and able to explain design choices with clarity and confidence

- Comfortable using prototyping tools to bring ideas to life
Nice to Haves
- Bachelor’s degree, equivalent work experience, or certification in design, HCI, or a related field
- Experience working in fintech, e-commerce, or payments products
- Familiarity with design systems and component libraries
