Responsibilities:
- Knowledge of design systems to keep products consistent and easy to expand.
- Simple, user-friendly, and effective software that matches the product vision and business goals.
- High-quality designs with careful attention to detail.
- Balance between user needs, product requirements, and brand goals to create clear and enjoyable experiences.
- Research, testing, and feedback collection with the product management team.
- Understanding of product details and user behavior to create meaningful designs.
- Clear interaction models with ways to measure their success.
- Wireframes, prototypes, and workflows based on user needs and business goals.
- Creative solutions for hard UX problems, focused on ease of use and functionality.
- Teamwork with developers to make sure designs are built correctly.
- Knowledge of competitor products, industry trends, and new ideas to stay competitive.
- Responsibility for work with independence and a focus on achieving goals.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design with a focus on creating impactful digital products.
- Proficient with Figma, with experience using Sketch.
- Solid knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a user-centered design approach.
- Familiarity with HTML and CSS fundamentals to communicate effectively with developers.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
- Proven ability to translate research insights into actionable design solutions.
