The Boeing South Carolina (BSC) based, high performing 787 Airplane Level Integration Team (ALIT) is seeking a highly motivated individual to lead our activities to help define and document product requirements relevant to certification, configuration, data and data management, and engineering processes.
The selected candidate will aid in developing, documenting and implementing plans and processes to ensure products meet technical, data, regulatory and company requirements and to maintain configuration control. They will track and report data to monitor adherence to regulatory, data configuration and contractual requirements.
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Defines, documents and interprets product requirements relevant to certification, configuration, data and data management and engineering processes.
  • Develops, documents and implements plans and processes to ensure products meet technical, data, regulatory and company requirements and to maintain configuration control.
  • Tracks and reports data to monitor adherence to regulatory, data configuration and contractual requirements; supports audits and reviews to ensure products meet requirements.
  • Assists with development certification plans, integrated process architecture infrastructures, process models, product structure definitions and/or data requirements/data management processes.

  • Lead the development of plans, schedules and resource commitments to test and deploy improvements and changes.
  • Conduct audits and reviews to ensure products meet requirements.
  • This statement of work is typically performed under minimal direction.
  • Effective communication, organization and team-oriented skills.
  • Ability to travel domestically.
  • This position is for first shift and 100% onsite.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
  • Associate's degree or higher
  • Experience as a detail oriented, data-driven individual.
  • Experience with organizational and project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
  • 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and interpret data.
  • Proficiency in data analysis
  • Proficient utilizing Microsoft Office Suite

Pay Range Summary:

Please note that the salary information shown below is a general guideline only. Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Mid-Level: $90,100 - $121,900
Senior Level: $112,200 - $151,800
