Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to employees in-person, by phone, and via email.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues across both MacOS and Windows platforms.
- Assist with user account setup, email configurations, and management of IT systems.
- Maintain and monitor Directory services, ensuring user accounts and access rights remain current.
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement and maintain MDM solutions, JumpCloud, and NinjaOne.
- Administer Google Workspace, managing user provisioning, permissions, and resolving issues.
- Develop automation solutions using scripting languages such as Bash/Shell.
- Provide support for Linux (Ubuntu) environments and perform necessary system administration tasks.
- Apply ITIL best practices to improve IT service management processes.
- Manage and administer Atlassian products like Jira and Confluence.
- Contribute to security measures under senior team guidance and monitor for vulnerabilities.
- Stay current on emerging security threats, technologies, and best practices to enhance the organization's security.
- Oversee IT asset management, including procurement, inventory, and lifecycle tracking.
- Develop strong vendor relationships to ensure effective procurement and support processes.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven mid-level IT administration experience or relevant professional background.
- Must be based in Kraków and available to attend the office 3 days per week.
- Strong working knowledge of MacOS and Windows operating systems.
- Extensive experience with Google Workspace administration.
- Familiarity with Atlassian products (Jira and Confluence).
- Expertise with Directory services (Active Directory or JumpCloud).
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to assist end-users effectively.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Proficient in English (both written and spoken).
Nice to Have:
- Experience with MDM solutions (JumpCloud or NinjaOne).
- Advanced knowledge of Google Workspace administration.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash/Shell.
- Familiarity with Linux (Ubuntu) operating systems.
