Mid-Level Flight Test Conductor

The Boeing Test & Evaluation (BT&E) Organization is looking for a Mid-Level Flight Test Conductor in Berkeley, MO for the F15 international flight test programs.
Position Responsibilities:

Plan and coordinate flight test mission requirements with responsible engineers from internal and external customers

Develop flight test and mission profiles, develop and publish test plans, create flight test cards, and manage test schedules
-
Identify and coordinate the availability of test ranges and facilities with company and government agencies

Establish test planning working groups, plan and conduct flight test readiness reviews, and conduct pre and posttest briefings

Conduct ground and flight tests in accordance with established test plans and procedures
-
Participate in post-test data evaluation and problem identification and resolution

Prepare and publish test summaries and test reports

Leads and prepares for remote site deployments

Develops and documents standardized test methods and processes to ensure repeatability and productivity

Applies lessons learned to the improvement of test procedures

Oversees debriefing of the test team

Approves test data prior to delivery to customer

Formulates expectations for test data based on historical data

Works under minimal direction
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
-
Bachelor, Master or Doctorate of Science degree from an accredited course of study, in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry

3+ years of experience with the principles of flight test OR experience directly supporting flight test operations

Willing and able to travel up to 25% of the time both domestically and internationally
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

An active U.S. Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required). (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active)

3+ years of experience working on flight test program, preferably as a flight test engineer
-
Experience as a Cost Account Manager (CAM)

Summary Pay Range: $95,200 – $128,800

This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim U.S. Secret Clearance Pre-Start and final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.
