BAE Systems is seeking a mid-level Electrical Engineer to join our factory team in Merrimack, New Hampshire!

This role will require a solid understanding of electrical engineering fundamentals for digital/analog/power/mixed signals and various interfaces/communications, strong oral and written communication skills, excellent time management skills and a willingness to learn. This role is 100% on-site to support the factory in real-time. It is expected that the candidate be proficient in state-of-the-art laboratory equipment and techniques and can execute in a small team environment.
Typical duties assigned to this position:
- Support Operations when electrical issues arise in the factory
- Testing and troubleshooting at CCA and system level
- Functional CCA tests prior to integration
- Support to test equipment
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, quality, suppliers, and customers to resolve issues and ensure successful product delivery
- Investigate root causes of failures and implement corrective actions, as required
- Interface with suppliers to answer questions and/or provide technical directions
- Support Diminished Manufacturing Supply (DMS) efforts by identifying alternative sourcing or managing lifetime buys
- Implement process and design improvements, as identified
- Create/review technical documents such as test procedures, drawings, specifications, reports and Engineering Change Orders

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
- Solid Electrical Engineering and electronics fundamentals
- Prior EE experience supporting production factories or a willingness to learn
- Eligible to obtain a DOD Security Clearance

- Experience developing compact embedded systems for harsh environments
- Experience with product development and support of electronics equipment
- Familiarity with AS9145 compliant processes
- Active DOD security clearance
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $97008 - $164914
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
