What you'll do:

• Design, model, and maintain end-to-end BI solutions in Power BI, including data modeling, DAX calculations, report building, and interactive dashboards that drive business decision-making.
• Use SQL and Python to query, clean, and analyze large datasets, ensuring accuracy and reliability of the data used in reporting.
• Transform analytical findings into compelling narratives that connect data insights with business strategies for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Apply best practices in data visualization and user-centric design to deliver impactful, intuitive, and actionable dashboards and reports.
• Collaborate with international teams as part of a global project, leveraging advanced English communication skills to ensure alignment, standardization, and knowledge sharing across regions.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-quality, actionable insights under tight deadlines with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.

What you'll need:

• BA/BS/MS in Math, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or other related quantitative field.
• Power BI: Advanced knowledge in data modeling, DAX, report building, and dashboard design.
• SQL: Advanced querying and data preparation skills.
• Python: Basic experience using Python for statistical analysis.
• Advanced English (spoken and written) to effectively communicate insights with international stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for both technical and non-technical audiences.
