Are you passionate about designing cutting-edge systems that enable secure and seamless data interoperability across security fabrics and domains? Do you want to work in an exciting and rapidly growing field, tackling critical challenges in modern data flow and management? Join our team as a Cross-Domain Backend Software Engineer and help deliver mission-aligned, scalable, and flexible solutions for our customer’s evolving needs.
In this role, you will:
- Develop software by leveraging your expertise in various data access patterns and underlying technologies, including Java, AWS and Terraform.
- Modernize and enhance cross-domain data systems, delivering solutions that adapt to the rapidly growing demand for secure data sharing across multiple fabrics.
- Build scalable, event-driven architectures to support evolving mission needs.
- Design and deliver software to work with specialized technology, such as Forcepoint Cross Domain solutions, including training on unique elements of these systems
You might thrive in this role if you have the following skills:
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field
- 4+ years of Java experience
- 4+ years of experience with various AWS technologies
- Ability to determine the right tool or technology for the task at hand
- Work well in a team environment
- Have strong communication skills
