ITA is seeking a Mid-Level Enterprise Data Integration Specialist/Cross-Platform Integration Lead to join the team in Fort Eustis, Virginia in a hybrid position. 

Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Mid-Level Enterprise Data Integration Specialist / Cross-Platform Integration Lead to support the U.S. Army. The Integration Lead will design, develop, implement, test, and sustain secure data integrations across Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, enterprise applications, databases, APIs, and other authorized systems.


The successful candidate will serve as a technical bridge across application, data, cloud, and business teams, ensuring that information can move reliably, securely, and efficiently between disparate platforms. The position will translate integration requirements into practical technical solutions and will take hands-on ownership of integration development, configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and documentation.


The ideal candidate will have strong experience with APIs, REST/JSON, SQL, Azure integration services, Power Platform connectors, Dataverse, Power Automate, Microsoft Graph, and enterprise data exchange patterns. 

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and implementation of cross-platform data integrations supporting T2COM mission and business requirements.
  • Analyze existing systems, interfaces, data sources, and workflows to identify integration requirements and dependencies.
  • Translate functional and technical requirements into integration designs and implementation plans.
  • Develop, configure, test, deploy, and maintain integrations across enterprise platforms.
  • Design and implement RESTful API integrations and data exchanges using approved technologies.
  • Develop integrations between Power Platform, Azure, Microsoft 365, Dataverse, SQL databases, enterprise applications, and external systems.
  • Develop and maintain Power Platform custom connectors and connection configurations as appropriate.
  • Configure and develop Power Automate flows for system-to-system data exchange and business process automation.
  • Support integration using Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, API Management, Machine Learning Studio, Databricks, Synapse/Fabric, Data Factory and other appropriate Azure services.
  • Integrate Microsoft 365 services using Microsoft Graph and other approved interfaces.
  • Design and implement data transformations, mappings, validation, and enrichment processes.
  • Develop and maintain data mapping specifications and interface control documentation.
  • Analyze source and target data structures and identify differences in data types, formats, business rules, and definitions.
  • Establish appropriate error handling, retry, logging, monitoring, and exception-management capabilities.
  • Troubleshoot integration failures, data discrepancies, connectivity issues, authentication problems, and performance issues.
  • Coordinate with application developers, Power Platform developers, cloud architects, data analysts, Business Analysts, cybersecurity personnel, and system owners.
  • Participate in technical design reviews and architecture working sessions.
  • Evaluate integration approaches and recommend appropriate technologies and patterns based on mission requirements.
  • Support integration testing, system integration testing, regression testing, and user acceptance testing.
  • Develop automated and repeatable integration testing processes where appropriate.
  • Validate data integrity between source and target systems.
  • Monitor production integrations and respond to integration-related incidents.
  • Perform root-cause analysis for recurring integration and data-quality issues.
  • Support deployment of integration solutions through development, test, and production environments.
  • Follow established Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), configuration management, and change management processes.
  • Maintain accurate technical documentation for interfaces, APIs, integrations, data flows, dependencies, and operational procedures.
  • Identify opportunities to improve integration reliability, performance, scalability, and maintainability.
  • Develop reusable integration patterns and components.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior integration and development personnel.
  • Ensure integration solutions adhere to established security, governance, and enterprise architecture standards.
  • Perform other integration and data engineering duties as required to support T2COM mission objectives.
QualificationsRequired Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Data Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in software integration, data integration, systems integration, application development, data engineering, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience developing or implementing enterprise integrations.
  • Demonstrated experience integrating multiple enterprise applications, platforms, databases, or services.
  • Strong experience with:

Pay range for this position is $110,000 - $130,000 annually.


This position has a broad compensation range due to the complexities of government contracting, including contract pricing, labor category requirements, funding parameters, and varying levels of candidate experience and qualifications.
